We’re building the biggest school in the world (#BSW) by using AI at the core and partnering with governments to offer world-class education—free for everyone.
Today, we operate two core products, each led by a dedicated task force — cross-functional “dream teams” formed to achieve a clear business goal:
V0 teams are the backbone of Masterschool: The operations team supports the company by building our setup for success through hiring, people operations, IT, office management, day to day support, healthy meals, and sports and wellness activities. The finance team supports all of us by running our financial systems, including controlling, payments, and accounting.

We work in a squad and guild model. Each squad owns a clear goal and moves fast to deliver it end to end. Guilds connect people with the same craft across the company so they can share standards, tools, and best practices. This structure helps us stay focused, move with speed, and keep our quality high as we grow.
