What we do

We’re building the biggest school in the world (#BSW) by using AI at the core and partnering with governments to offer world-class education—free for everyone. Today, we operate two main products:

• Maestro – ****The AI University, currently active in the US and Germany, offering fully AI-native degrees in high-demand career fields. Expansion to France and additional European countries is underway.
• MSIT (Masterschool Institute of Technology) – A top career school led by industry experts. Based in Germany, offering 8–14 programs and lifetime career support after graduation. We’re now gradually transitioning MSIT students to learn with Maestro.

How it started

Masterschool began in 2019 as a small, bootstrapped team and officially launched under the name Masterschool in 2021.

Our first student, Fawzi Sarji, was working a minimum-wage job, struggling to break into tech. After completing our program, he joined NVIDIA, tripled his salary, and now leads a chip design engineering team—while also mentoring the next generation of students at Masterschool.

From the beginning, we used a simple funding model: we covered the cost of education upfront, and students paid only after landing a job. Over time, this model evolved. Today, we work with governments to make world-class education entirely free for students—removing financial barriers and making career training accessible at scale.
